ENGW 3307 Advanced Writing in the Sciences A
This course provides an introduction to writing about science (including medicine, technology, and engineering) for varied readers. Our work this term will focus on cultivating an awareness of audience and genre, as well as developing strong critical reading, research, and writing skills. Each of the four major course assignments will provide students with an opportunity to study and produce work in distinct genres that are common vehicles for the communication of science-based topics.
