500 Women Wiki Scientists-4

Welcome to the 500 Women Scientists course!

If you're reading this before going through our course orientation, please take a few minutes to do that first.

This Dashboard page is where you'll find important information about the course, including a timeline, meeting agendas, and tasks to complete by the following week. From the Home tab (where you are now), you will only see the current week of the Dashboard. Click the Timeline tab above to see the full schedule.

Wiki Education staff monitor our course Slack channel, #500-women-scientists-4, periodically during work hours, and will respond as time allows outside of office hours.

Every Wednesday 9:00 AM PT (12:00 PM ET) we will have a 1 hour group meeting via Zoom. Check your email for the link to join (note that the link remains the same throughout the course). If possible, please connect via a computer to facilitate screen sharing and participation. If necessary, you can also connect by phone. You can find links to the iOS or Android app on the zoom.us website. As a last resort, you can also dial in by phone. Please note that if you dial in, you will not be able to use video, and will thus miss parts of the meeting. If you ever have trouble connecting, please join the Slack channel and ping @Will or @Ian for help. If you miss a meeting, recordings will be available via a private Dropbox folder within a few days. The password will be sent to you by email.

Here is the link to the recordings folder.
